Ground Floor

The entrance lobby leads to

Double aspect sitting room with two sofas, easy chairs, log burning stove, TV and DVD player, small library of guide books and novels.

Dining Room with large oak gate legged table ( seats 8-10) selection of family games and pay phone.

Kitchen. Fully equipped with double electric oven and grill, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large SMEG fridge with small freezer compartment.

Utility Room. Accessed from garden door from sitting room it Includes a washing machine, drying machine, Belfast sink and WC. Immediately outside is a glass covered area with a clothes rack suitable for drying coats and wetsuits

First Floor

Master bedroom with king size iron framed bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bunk bedroom. Predominately a children’s room with two full size bunks but also now contains a small double bed, only as our youngest is too tall for the bunks. This is still only a room for two though and the chest of drawers is immediately outside on the landing.

Shower room. With large walk in shower, WC and heated towel rail

South Facing Garden

Recently landscaped there is a large terraced area with wooden garden dining table and chairs adjacent to a large built in stone barbeque. Steps lead up to the parking area lit by discreet garden lighting.

Parking

There is parking for two cars on a gravelled area to the rear of the property and further ample parking in the village car park 20yards away.

Arrival/Departure Times

Changeover day is Friday. The house is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you leave by 10am on the day of departure.
